June 2026, the G8Stack User Acceptance Testing (UAT) session with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) brought users into a structured review of the API Management Platform against their operational requirements.

The testing scope covered user and access management, API publication, subscription management, and operational monitoring. Each area connects platform capability with the responsibilities of the teams who will manage and use it.
For Developers Hub, UAT is an important part of delivery governance. It provides a structured basis for assessing operational alignment, documenting findings and identifying gaps that could affect implementation.
Direct participation from UTM’s users brings operational perspectives into the acceptance process. This helps stakeholders assess readiness against agreed requirements and establish clearer expectations around platform functionality and operational responsibilities.

The business value lies in greater visibility over implementation risk and a stronger basis for acceptance decisions. These are important foundations for institutional adoption and sustainable operations.
Our focus remains on supporting accountable delivery through evidence that stakeholders can review, with user requirements guiding the validation process.
We thank the UTM team for their participation and collaboration in this milestone as we continue working towards a platform aligned with the university’s API management needs.
