FAI UTM Industry Engagement Day 2026

GatherHub, an event management platform by Developers Hub, supported FAI Industry Engagement Day 2026, organised by the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, on 15 October 2026 at UTM Kuala Lumpur.

The event brought together academic staff, students and industry representatives, creating opportunities to exchange ideas and explore collaboration. For Developers Hub, it also connected two priorities: putting our product to work in a real event environment and strengthening relationships across the university and industry community.

Alongside GatherHub’s role in supporting event management, our team engaged with participants to explore how technology could address practical needs and support future programmes.

This deployment adds a concrete university use case to GatherHub’s experience. It also provides an opportunity to better understand organiser requirements and use those insights to guide product improvements.

We see opportunities beyond a single event. Universities run a range of programmes throughout the year, creating potential for repeat adoption when a platform consistently meets their needs. Our focus is on earning that continued trust through relevant features, reliable delivery and responsive support.

For Developers Hub, growing GatherHub means turning practical deployments into lasting customer relationships, while building the capability to serve more organisations over time.

Thank you to FAI UTM for bringing this community together, and to everyone who connected with our team.
